nightcap was super clean and the bed was so comfy! it’s a great stop for an overnight stay. lunch was amazing - thanks to olivia and her fantastic team. they really know how to treat guests.

The stay here was GREAT, truly enjoyed the hotel, it was clean with great and easy location really close to restaurant, shops, post office and information Centre and the bistro brilliant. Friendly service, even though a few employees were not very helpful.

The room was updated, moreover neat with second bed. A shower and bath sheets where available there...

This hotel offers spacious, affordable rooms with a double bed and a separate toilet, making for a comfortable stay.

The rooms in this hotel were spacious and had great air conditioning. The rooms were a nice size and well-equipped with air conditioning.

We got a family room with air conditioning when we arrived, which was great! It was also nice to find a microwave, electric kettle, and refrigerator in the room. 😊.

This place is conveniently located in the town center near all amenities.

The rooms are clean and nicely furnished, each with their own private bathroom, and the staff members are outstanding.

The room at Nightcap was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring Emerald. The bed was cozy and the shower had excellent water pressure, which is always important to me.

I did have some trouble with noise during my stay. Unfortunately, a noisy family checked in late and kept me awake for several hours.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its value for money and attention to detail. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that everything was right during my stay. The hotel's location, right next to a lively beer garden and close to shops, was perfect for exploring the area.

Although all aspects of my stay were satisfactory, there is one minor area that could be improved upon.

Clean, good room set-up, delicious food, helpful staff, convenient location, comfortable and spacious room.

No in-room toaster or microwave.

The meals were great and the staff was very friendly. the rooms were beautiful and had everything we needed. the complementary facts, like late check-in and easy access, were very convenient. the location was perfect for exploring the area and it was great value for money.

The room could be quite noisy at times. the noise from air conditioning units and inconsiderate guests could be bothersome, but earplugs were provided.

This hotel is perfectly located and close to everything you need, including a pub nearby and opposite the police station. the room is clean, modern, and comfy, with a separate toilet and plenty of floor space. the friendly staff provides excellent service, and the breakfast packs are a great idea. the large flat screen TV and USB chargers are convenient extras.

The exterior of the hotel from the parking area can be a bit dark and smoky, but once inside, the room is lovely.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in the heart of town, and it exceeded my expectations. its prime location right next to a bustling beer garden meant that entertainment was just a stone's throw away. Additionally, the room I stayed in had two full stories of windows, providing breathtaking views of the surroundings. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Lastly, the basic amenities were all provided, with a private bathroom and a bed that could easily accommodate three adults. All in all, this hotel offered great value for money and attention to detail.
